Derby Public Schools is pleased to share that all nine elementary schools have been recognized as a Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Distinguished School for providing broad access to transformative learning opportunities for students through PLTW Launch. Only 97 elementary schools across the United States received this honor!

A Message From Mrs. Demel---

Mrs. Shannon DemelWelcome to Tanglewood Elementary! We are happy to welcome you to our amazing school. Students who attend Tanglewood have the opportunity to participate in multiple curriculums, attend PE, Music, Library, Art and Project Lead the Way (science).

School starts at 8:05AM, except for Monday we begin one hour later at 9:05AM. We release at 3:25PM. Click on the "Parents" tab above to read more details about the school day.
